• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on product availability and shipping destination.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
• International shipments may be subject to customs clearance and import duties.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.

6. Returns and Warranty

a. Warranty

Kriva warrants that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period as specified on the product documentation. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or unauthorised modifications.

b. Returns

Returns must be authorised in writing by Kriva. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories. A restocking fee may apply. Custom or special‑order products are non‑returnable.
